Ac 65 Terms & Conditions: Complete Rules for Using the Platform

To create an account on ac 65, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one account, and if multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all of them may be suspended. You may be required to submit a valid identity document — such as a national ID or passport — for account verification. It is your responsibility to notify the platform immediately if any of the information provided at registration changes. ac 65 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account created using false information at any time.

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is solely your responsibility. Use a strong password and update it regularly — a good password should include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, even if someone else accessed it without your permission. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our Help Center immediately and change your password right away. ac 65 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

All financial transactions on ac 65 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and can be deposited or withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though occasional delays may occur due to banking system lag. Withdrawal requests typically take 1 to 3 business days to process, and a verified account is required before any withdrawal can be made. ac 65 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may temporarily place a hold on such transactions if necessary. We are obligated to cooperate with relevant authorities to prevent money laundering and other illegal financial activity.

Ac 65 has a defined policy for account suspension and closure. Any account may be suspended without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation, evidence of fraud, or legal grounds. The balance of a suspended account will be returned to the rightful owner upon completion of verification, though balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, and any outstanding balance will be refunded through the standard process. Should any dispute arise over the interpretation or application of these Terms, resolution will first be attempted through direct discussion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction. As a first step in dispute resolution, users may file a complaint with our Help Center, and ac 65 is obligated to respond within a reasonable timeframe. If no resolution is reached internally, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through mediation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
